Returns & Exchange

The company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023-12).

Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is by agreement.

Return conditions for goods of proper quality

You can return or exchange the item if:

• the product was not in use and has no traces of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc .;
• the goods are fully stocked and the factory packaging is preserved;
• all labels and factory markings are saved;
• the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.

According to the Law on Consumer Protection, a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange (http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF).
